Deliveries

Deliveries are made within 5 working days, delivery will usually take place on Monday or Monday of each week. However please allow 8 days from your order date before contacting us to track your order. If you are not available when delivery is attempted you will be left a card with a contact number and consignment number, please contact them as soon as possible to arrange an alternative delivery date. Should you fail to contact the courier company they will attempt to redeliver at random, should they still receive no response from you they will return your parcel to us.



Returns Nutmeg Lane will accept returns provided items are returned without damage and within 14 days from the date of purchase. It is the customers responsibilty to ensure their items are returned within this time frame and cost of return is that of the customer.
